The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System and Southern Nevada Veterans Community Engagement Board are co-hosting a Health & Wellness Fair and Veterans town hall meeting this Saturday, April 1st. Be sure to stop by and visit CompassionCare Hospice!

We will be at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System Medical Center: 6900 N. Pecos Road, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89086. From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Health & Wellness Fair will include more than 50 community and VA organizations providing Veterans, their families and caregivers with information on a wide-variety of topics. There will also be a Town Hall session from 11:30-12:30 that will include updates from local VA and Nevada Department of Veteran Services leadership on improvements and advancements in the delivery of health care, benefits and services to Veterans in Southern Nevada. Special accommodations are being made to have representatives from benefits, enrollment and eligibility, non-VA care, and patient advocacy on hand during the Health and Wellness Fair to attend to Veterans’ individual concerns and needs.

CompassionCare Hospice is proud member of the We Honor Veterans Program, is one of only 3 hospices in the Las Vegas valley contracted with the VA for hospice services, and is a community partner with Veterans Village, Las Vegas.
